Finding the Statistics You Need

The purpose of this event was to showcase the wealth of information within the General Register Office for Scotland (GROS) and the Scottish Government (SG). Attendees included policy makers and analysts from Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde.

The aims of the day were:

to help users find statistics to measure outcomes;
to highlight the wealth of small area statistics available within the SG and GROS;
to provide an update on the 2011 Census;
to encourage involvement with Scotstat; and
to enable networking.
