Shapefiles

Shapefiles based on Mid-2010 Population Estimates for Settlements and Localities have been made available in the Zip folder below. The folder contains two sets of files which can be used as layers in the ArcGIS mapping software. A free version of this software, ArcReader, can be downloaded from the Esri website.

You will also need a utility to open Zip files. Recent versions of Windows are able to unpack Zip files, but if you do not have one, you can download a free Zip package from the jZip website.
