The highest rates of net migration from outside Scotland were in the city areas of Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as Perth & Kinross and Highland. The highest net out-migration rates were in East Renfrewshire, South Lanarkshire, East Dunbartonshire and West Dunbartonshire.
