Where do the forms go?

In 2001, Royal Mail delivered all the forms for Scotland, England and Wales, and Northern Ireland to an initial processing centre at Runcorn, Cheshire. Over about a month a total of more than 30,000,000 forms of various kinds arrived at the centre from every part of the United Kingdom.
