When are the forms delivered?

The 7,000 Enumerators picked up 2,500,000 Household Forms on 9 April 2001, plus many more forms for places where a lot of people live, like hotels, hospitals, hostels, and halls of residence. All these forms had to be delivered personally by 27 April 2001. To do this enumerators have to walk every street, climb every tenement stair, and drive or cycle or walk to every lonely farmhouse in Scotland. Some Enumerators might have to use a boat to deliver their forms.
