You should always be on the look-out for phishing scams, which are designed to trick you into revealing personal information. They are usually emails or messages that seem to be from a legitimate source and are sometimes quite convincing.
We will never send you an email asking for personal information, direct or through a website, including the official website. If you receive an email like this and it seems to come from us, then do not reply, do not click on any links and do not open attachments - no matter how genuine everything looks. Please forward the email to our security team then delete it.
